Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Boston, MA
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding W2 opportunity with great pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide exceptional driving positions with dry van routes across all 48 states, ensuring significant earning potential while enjoying the benefits of being a valued employee.
Home Time:
- Spend 3-4 weeks on the road followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing for extended earning periods paired with quality family time.
Equipment:
- Operate our fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, featuring diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts, designed for comfort during long hauls.
Freight Operations:
- Experience 100% no-touch freight, handling dry van loads across the country, including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.
Pay Structure:
- Earn an average of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly with a competitive $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. Enjoy a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid $150 per week for the first ten weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the end of the year.
Running Area:
- Engage in OTR driving covering all 48 states with diverse freight opportunities to maximize your earnings.
Benefits:
- W2 independent contractor position with a no-cost passenger policy for those 18 and older. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
