Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist

Riverside Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our expert team in Newport News.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide individualized, outpatient care for a diverse adult patient population, while being part of a growing specialty network committed to excellence.

About the Role

You'll diagnose and manage a wide range of hormonal and metabolic disorders, including:

• Diabetes
• Thyroid disease
• Osteoporosis
• Adrenal and pituitary disorders
• Other Endocrine System Conditions

Key Responsibilities

• Prescribe hormone therapies and medications
• Monitor lab results and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with dietitians and primary care providers
• Stay current with medical advances and research

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Virginia
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology (American Board of Internal Medicine)
• Valid DEA registration for controlled substances
