Business/System Analyst (6 - 8 years)

General Business/System Analyst
General Business/System Analyst responsibilities plus participates in project work, including analysis and requirements definition and testing. Identifies system enhancements, document business needs and determines development impacts to current system processing and works with programmers and users to ensure accuracy or enhancements.
Consults on development and updating of training materials and user manuals and prepares documentation for assigned products. Provides daily production support to assigned system(s) to identify production problems and resolves systems problems.
Participates in conversions, mergers, maintenance and development projects, including analysis and testing. Completes special projects, and performs systems testing and other assigned duties.
Bachelors degree OR equivalent experience. Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience.
Skills:
Required - Applicable in depth knowledge of provider and claim data.
Required - Ability to lead others in a professional manner.
Required - Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and listening. Required - Data analytical skills.
Required - Applicable SQL knowledge
Required - Relational data base technical trouble shooting skills
Desired - AWS Cloud or anything related to Cloud.
Desired - FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) platform
