P&C Licensed Subrogation Specialist

Overseeing the financial and operational aspects of auto and medical subrogation, the full-time remote Lead Subrogation Specialist will manage accurate reserving, timely deductible reimbursements, and recovery outcomes while collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the claims experience. Key responsibilities Manage subrogation financials, ensuring accurate reserving and timely deductible reimbursements Conduct arbitrations for first party medical and auto damage claims, preparing respondent filings and evaluations Lead day-to-day subrogation operations, including oversight of email correspondence and coordination with external vendors Required qualifications In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in auto claims liability and subrogation 5+ years of experience in claims subrogation within the auto line of business Must hold a current Property and Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines License in at least one U.S. State Prior experience handling arbitrations and conducting inbound PD subrogation reviews preferred Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
