General Purpose of the Job: Facilitate food service. Clean tables, remove dirty dishes, set tables; replenish supply of clean silverware, glassware, and dishes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash. - Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths. - Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning. - Fill beverage or ice dispensers. - Ensure cleanliness of the dining rooms and other areas. - Ensure cleanliness of dinnerware. - Serve beverages, water and other drinks. - Set up dining tables as requested. - Stack and un-stack chairs and put tables in order. - Set up and maintain the Expo area and bussing stations - Follow the cleaning calendar - Clean the restrooms and ensure they are maintained and stocked. Check restrooms every 30 minutes to ensure cleanliness during peak hours. - Clean the back dock are and keep it organized. - Clean and maintain the chemical area and keep it organized. - Interact and coordinate with hosts and service staff to ensure effective service. - Maintain best practices in maintaining cleanliness in bussing services. Requirements: - Special Skills or knowledge necessary for this position. - Basic mathematical skills, handle money and give correct change. - Basic reading skills. - Basic computer skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Organizational skills. - Multi-task oriented. - Knowledge of Gas Monkey Icehouses food & beverage specifications. - Knowledge of workplace safety procedures. - Licenses certification, or registrations required for the position. - State applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card.
