Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill a Trim Operator position for a manufacturing client in Winchester, TN. This is a Temp/Contract job. Apply now!

Duties for this position include:

• Operate trim machines, trim presses, and saws safely and efficiently
• Cut, shape, and finish materials such as plastic, metal, composite, or printed matter
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues as needed
• Maintain production pace while ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
• Assist other operators and production personnel as needed

Compensation (USD):

1st Shift

$14.64/hour   after training

2nd Shift 

$15.61/hour   after training

Schedule:

1st Shift 

Monday - Friday 

Some Overtime Expected

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Willingness to work overtime or varying shifts if required
