Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill a Mold Operator position for a manufacturing client in Winchester, TN. This is a Temp/Contract job. Apply now!

Duties for this position include:

• Set up and operate molding machines according to production schedules and specifications
• Operate injection, compression, or blow molding equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure molds are correctly installed and materials are accurately measured
• Adjust machine settings such as temperature, pressure, and cycle times to maintain product quality
• Monitor machine operation and inspect finished parts for defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisors
• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
• Assist other operators and production personnel as needed

Compensation (USD):

1st Shift 

$15.11/hour after training

2nd Shift

$15.61/hour after training

Schedule:

1st Shift 

Monday - Friday

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Willingness to work overtime or varying shifts if required
