Marketing & Communications Specialist

Position: Marketing & Communications Specialist (Permanent) Location: Honolulu Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually (depending on experience) Local company seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Marketing & Communications Specialist to lead the execution of marketing, communications, and branding initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a key partner to internal departments and external vendors, helping to strengthen brand awareness, drive engagement, and support organizational goals through integrated marketing efforts. Job Information: Lead and coordinate marketing and communications initiatives across multiple departments. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, print, television, and event channels. Create and manage content including advertisements, social media posts, email campaigns, press releases, flyers, and other marketing materials. Serve as the primary liaison between departments, leadership, and external marketing and media partners. Support website content management and maintain accurate, engaging online communications. Track and analyze campaign performance, website activity, and marketing KPIs to provide recommendations for improvement. Coordinate marketing support for events, sponsorships, community outreach activities, and trade shows. Ensure brand consistency across all communications, marketing materials, and promotional efforts. Manage relationships with external vendors, designers, media partners, and other service providers. #RemedyHIDirectHire Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Three or more years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of branding, digital marketing, social media platforms, content creation, and campaign management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with tools such as Canva, WordPress, Photoshop, or similar platforms is a plus.
