3:15pm-11:15pm QPS Employment Group is hiring an Assembler for a company in Germantown, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

Assembler Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Assemble LED lighting components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions and engineering specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform visual and functional inspections to ensure product quality
• Follow standardized work procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or process concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Assembler Requirements:

- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred

- Previous retail or fast-food restaurant experience preferred

- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and basic technical documents

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Basic math and measurement skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Frequent use of hands for assembling small components

- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds as needed

- Capable of performing detailed assembly work requiring good visual clarity (with or without corrective lenses)

- Exposure to light machinery and assembly equipment

- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
