About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the fund level to provide strategic financial leadership and oversight of operational performance across a multi-unit restaurant portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with the fund's investment objectives, as well as providing guidance to the CFOs of the portfolio companies. Key responsibilities include establishing financial controls, reporting structures, and forecasting models, serving as the primary financial liaison, and leading capital allocation strategies. The role also involves M&A activities, including leading financial due diligence and integration, and supporting growth strategies such as new store development and franchise expansion. Applicants for the CFO position at the fund level should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a private equity-backed multi-unit restaurant or retail environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving financial and operational improvements, strong leadership and communication skills, and advanced financial planning and analytical capabilities. Experience in managing multiple CFOs, deep knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, capital markets, and M&A execution, as well as a strategic mindset with an understanding of private equity value creation strategies, are essential for this role.
