About the Role
The Company is in search of a Managing Director for its Talent Solutions division, with a focus on Finance & Accounting and Administrative Support. The successful candidate will be tasked with business development and market growth, including the creation and execution of a robust strategy for new client acquisition and revenue growth. This role demands a hands-on, player-coach approach, where the Managing Director will not only lead a team but also maintain an active desk, contributing to the division's revenue and placement goals. Responsibilities also include practice building, strategic leadership, and team development, with a strong emphasis on fostering a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative culture. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in staffing, recruiting, talent solutions, or related business development, with a proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue goals. The role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building a market and team from the ground up, and strong business development capabilities. The ideal candidate will have established expertise in either Finance & Accounting or Information Technology staffing and recruitment, and a strong knowledge of the local business community. A Bachelor's degree is required, and the candidate should be adept at balancing strategic leadership with hands-on individual production, while promoting the company's values and service standards.
