Indemnity Security & Investigations, Inc. is seeking professional, polished, and experienced Security Officers to provide exceptional security services for our high-end hotels, luxury residential communities, corporate properties, and exclusive events throughout South Florida.

This position is ideal for security professionals who maintain a professional appearance , have experience working in a black suit and white dress shirt , and understand the importance of delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a strong security presence. Due to the expectations of our luxury clientele, candidates must present themselves with the highest level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and exceptional grooming standards.

Officers have the ability to pick up shifts based on their own availability and choose from a variety of dates, times, and locations throughout the month. • Maintain a professional appearance while representing Indemnity Security & Investigations, Inc.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and clients.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized access.
• Patrol assigned areas and report suspicious activity.
• Complete accurate incident reports and communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Follow all post orders and client-specific procedures.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of security, hospitality, concierge, or customer service experience preferred.
• Active Florida Class D Security License.
• Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards.
• Comfortable wearing a black business suit with a white dress shirt.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or GED.

In this vital role, you enjoy making the rounds to patrol your assigned site(s). You are alert and observant, effectively monitoring your assigned area and checkpoints. If problems arise, you remain calm and handle them professionally using your vast customer service skills while still enforcing site policies and all safety regulations. Whether ensuring access points and unused zones are secure or patrolling well-trafficked areas, you are conscientious about any suspicious activity. You write detailed reports about your activities while on patrol.

Loving that you get to communicate with customers and move around freely, you are so glad that you aren't stuck in a cubicle all day! Using your familiarity of site services and area amenities, you happily provide information, answer questions, review maps and give directions, assist with problems, provide service recovery, operate elevators, and more!
