P & C Licensed Sales Representative

Job Summary

A well-established insurance agency in the Bossier City, LA area is seeking a motivated P & C Licensed Sales Representative to join its customer-focused sales and account service team. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a professional who currently holds a Property and Casualty license or is actively interested in obtaining one.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and service customer accounts with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
- Review client policies to evaluate coverage needs and identify potential gaps.
- Provide coverage recommendations and solutions based on client goals and account reviews.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Assist with policy updates, renewals, documentation, and general customer inquiries.
- Support agency growth through quality service, follow-up, and relationship-based sales activity.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $17 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Service and maintain insurance customer accounts.
- Review policies and assess client coverage needs.
- Recommend insurance solutions and support policy updates or renewals.
- Build customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.

- Current Property and Casualty license or willingness to obtain one.
- 3 to 5 years of related sales, customer service, account management, or insurance experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to review account details, understand client needs, and provide accurate recommendations.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow in the insurance industry.
- Comfortable working in a commissioned sales and account management environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in insurance sales, personal lines, property and casualty insurance, or agency account management.
- Active P&C license.
- Experience working with policy renewals, account reviews, and customer retention.
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in insurance sales and service.
