F&B supervisor

F&B Supervisor The F&B Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations at our location in Bloomington, MN. They will ensure that all food and beverage service meets company standards and customer expectations. The F&B Supervisor will also be responsible for managing staff, scheduling, inventory, and ordering supplies. Key responsibilities include overseeing food and beverage operations, ensuring quality of food and beverage service, managing staff including scheduling and training, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, handling customer complaints and resolving issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications include previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role, excellent communication and leadership skills, strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and regulations, ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues, high school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
