Responsibilities: Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility Calling and receiving calls from clients Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over virtual video calls Completing applications for insurance products Attending ongoing, optional training sessions to improve throughout your career Completing tasks that an underwriter requires to get the client approved for their coverage We believe in being leaders, not managers.
