• Shift: Full-time, primarily day shifts, in-house call ratio 1:5
• Hours/Week: 40

• Licensure: Indiana Medical License (or eligible)
• Experience: Prior family medicine experience preferred but open to qualified candidates

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: this is a placeholder; actual pay discussed upon application)

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to diverse patient populations across all ages
• Manage outpatient visits, preventive care, and chronic disease treatment
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including OB triage managed by residents
• Support hospitalist team with inpatient duties as needed
• Participate in quality improvement and patient education initiatives
• Utilize available hospital resources including surgical and robotic technology

What You Need:

• Required:
  • Medical degree (MD/DO) from an accredited institution
  • Indiana medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine
• Preferred:
  • Experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
