Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population
• Manage acute and chronic illnesses across all age groups
• Collaborate with a team of physicians, residents, and healthcare professionals
• Participate in patient education, preventive care, and wellness initiatives
• Join a hospital-based practice with access to surgical, OB, and NICU support
• Contribute to a Level III NICU and delivery of obstetric services
• Use hospital resources including a surgery center and robotic surgical equipment

What You Need

• Indiana medical license or eligibility
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in a busy practice environment is advantageous

About the Assignment
Join a thriving Family Medicine practice at a well-equipped hospital in Indianapolis. The facility supports a collaborative environment with a Level III NICU, LDRP maternity model, and advanced surgical options, including robotic surgery. The practice benefits from a dedicated OB triage team led by residents and a hospitalist call group of five physicians, with an in-house call ratio of 1:5.
