Marketing Associate (B2B / Smart Infrastructure) — Houston, on-site

Who we are Currux Vision builds autonomous AI and computer vision systems for smart infrastructure. Cities, DOTs, and infrastructure partners use our edge platforms to detect vehicles and vulnerable road users, optimize signals, cut congestion, and improve safety- often on existing cameras and cabinets. Hardware is designed and built in Texas. Customers include agencies across the U.S. We are hiring a Marketing Associate to turn that technical story into a clear, repeatable go-to-market engine: pipeline, content, events, and a brand that wins with public-sector and ITS buyers. The role You will own day-to-day marketing for a growing industrial AI company. This is not a "post on social and hope" job. You will work directly with the CEO and sales/channel partners, learn a complex product, and ship work that shows up in RFPs, distributor conversations, and city deployments. What you will do Build and run the marketing system: positioning, messaging, website, one-pagers, case studies, and sales decks for cities, DOTs, consultants, and ITS distributors Generate demand: campaigns, LinkedIn, email, SEO/content, webinars, and partner co-marketing that create qualified conversations-not vanity metrics Own events: ITE, ITS America, state DOT/association meetings, and regional summits; booth story, follow-up, and pipeline capture Translate product into buyer language: safety, congestion reduction, detection accuracy, edge vs. cloud, ROI, and "works with existing infrastructure" Stand up a simple measurement stack (CRM + analytics) and report what actually moves pipeline Support channel and technical sales with battlecards, competitor notes, proposal language, and launch kits Who you are Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 0-3 years of experience; strong internships in B2B, tech, industrial, professional services, or sales count Clear writer who can make technical products understandable to a traffic engineer and a city manager Comfortable with analytics, digital campaigns, and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Bias to ship: drafts, landing pages, event follow-up, and case studies beat endless planning Willing to work on-site in Houston and travel occasionally to industry events and customer sites Interest in AI, transportation, public infrastructure, or hard-tech is a plus—you do not need to be an engineer Authorized to work in USA Why this is a good first marketing seat Direct access to the founder and real customer problems (safety, congestion, signal performance) Product that is already deployed with U.S. cities and DOTs—not a slide-deck startup Room to own the function instead of owning one slide in a 40-person marketing org Texas-built hardware + AI story that lands with networks in industry and government #J-18808-Ljbffr CURRUX Vision
