Houston is a priority growth territory with real whitespace, so this is a quota-carrying role for someone who knows how to open doors, build momentum, and close. Key Responsibilities Own the Houston territory end to end, from prospecting and qualification through close, then grow the accounts you win Sell SAP services alongside broader IT and managed services, tailoring each pitch to the client's systems and business priorities Build relationships with executive decision-makers and economic buyers Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Partner with delivery and solutions teams so commitments stay realistic and clients stay well supported Support sales leadership with account plans, forecasts, and pipeline reviews Represent the company at client sites, energy industry conferences, and regional networking events Track performance and account health, then bring forward recommendations grounded in the data Qualifications 8+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including 5+ years managing enterprise accounts Experience selling IT services, SAP services, managed services, or technology consulting, ideally into energy or industrial buyers A track record of growing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and retention Strong understanding of enterprise account planning and customer lifecycle management Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Based in the Houston area, with existing local market ties preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Elios, Inc.
