\n Production Utility & Packaging Operator \n
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable Production Utility & Packaging Operator for a manufacturing facility in Cullman, AL. This role supports multiple areas of the production process for OSB board manufacturing, ensuring products are properly packaged, labeled, and meet quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. \n

\n Pay Rate \n
$17-$21 per hour \n

\n

\n Schedule and Hours \n
Second shift:  6:00  pm-6:00  am \n

\n Rotating schedule of  4  days   on 4  days   off \n

\n
 \n

\n Production Utility & Packaging Operator   Duties and Responsibilities  \n

\n
• Package finished products according to quality and production standards  
\n
• Apply and verify unit tags, straps, and markings for accuracy  
\n
• Clean and maintain production areas, including paint booth, strapper area, conveyors, and pump room  
\n
• Assist with product regrading and general production support tasks  
\n
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned work areas  
\n
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
\n

\n Utility/Forklift Operator   Qualifications and Requirements   \n

\n
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes preferred  
\n
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines  
\n
• Strong time management and attention to detail  
\n
• Willingness to work in hot, industrial environments  
\n
• Ability to pass physical, respiratory, and hearing tests
   
\n
