Key Responsibilities:
- We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dermatologist to establish and lead a new Dermatology Department within a physician-owned, high-end medical practice in Metro Atlanta.
- This is a unique opportunity for a Dermatologist who is interested in building a department from the ground up, providing both general and cosmetic dermatology services, and playing a key role in shaping the future growth of the department and practice.
- You will have the opportunity to work in a modern, high-end aesthetic environment with strong technology support, collaborative providers, and significant opportunities for professional and leadership growth.
- Establish and lead the new Dermatology Department .
- Provide general and cosmetic dermatology services.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions.
- Perform skin cancer screenings and biopsies.
- Develop department protocols, workflows, and clinical processes.
- Recruit, train, and mentor dermatology team members.
- Help build and grow dermatology services across future locations.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other providers and departments.
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Residency trained in Dermatology.
- Board Certified in Dermatology; Board Eligible candidates currently completing residency are welcome .
- Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills.
- Passionate about patient care, interested in leadership, and excited about building a successful Dermatology program with opportunities to expand into future locations.
