Responsibilities Greet Players with energy and personality, create a welcoming bar experience, recommend drinks and upgrades. Mix a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and consistency. Keep the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll; clean glassware and maintain smooth operations. Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to elevate the Player’s visit. Collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver top‑notch service and ensure every Player feels like a VIP. Ability to remain calm in a high‑volume environment. Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting. Legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment and required beverage‑service certifications. Physical Requirements Lift and move objects up to 50 lb.; comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying. Remain on feet for most of the shift; able to walk throughout the day.
