Lead Technician - Process

In 2021, Igloo was acquired by Dometic Brands and now there i Minimum Requirements and Qualifications A suitable background would be a solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences: Education: High School Diploma or equivalency. Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of blow mold processing plastics experience. Minimum one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience. English Language Skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English. Math Skills: Able to add, subtract, multiple and divide. Physical Demands: Manufacturing environment. Able to lift a maximum of 40 lbs. up to 10 times per day during a 12 hour shift; Able to manipulate tools with both hands and stand for long periods during a 12 hour shift; Able to stoop and bend, walk quickly and climb stairs.
