Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Management Specialist. This role involves supporting requirements implementation, quality assurance checks, and problem report support for the 777X Mech/Hyd project. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Salary Range: $$60 to $70/hr on W2 - Competitive, based on experience

Location: Everett, WA - Onsite

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Non-engineering degree
• Database experience
• Basic tools proficiency
• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with DOORS modules
• Familiarity with requirements management processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform impact analysis for requirement changes and PRS updates
• Manage and track Problem Reports (PRS), ensuring proper prioritization, resolution, and closure
• Establish and enforce requirements structure, attributes, and linking strategy
• Own end-to-end requirements management process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, design, test, certification) to align requirements
