Senior Accountant - Hybrid

Up and coming company headquartered in DE is looking to expand its team due to upcoming growth. This role will have a significant impact on the company and play an integral role in building out the accounting function and processes. Role will report to Controller with a lot of visibility to Sr Leadership and will also work very closely with the CFO. Job Responsibilities: Manage and support full-cycle month-end close Oversee accounting in the areas of inventory, cost accounting, and revenue recognition Help strengthen and improve accounting processes, controls, and workflows Assist with NetSuite optimization and support implementation of the inventory module Supervise and mentor a Staff Accountant Partner with leadership and contribute to the development of a scalable accounting function Participate in a collaborative, high-visibility environment where strong communication and professionalism are essential Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in accounting Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred Public accounting experience preferred but not required Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
