Account Receivable Analyst.

Shift: 08 am to 05:00 pm.

Pay: $15.00.

Account Receivable Analyst Summary:
The Account Receivable Analyst is responsible for processing and managing customer accounts. The role will apply customer payments, reconcile accounts, and prepare customer invoices. The Account Receivable Analyst will analyze customer accounts at weekly basis to ensure the customer is current and resolve any discrepancies timely. The role will also prepare monthly customer statements and work with the customer for timely payments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform activities in the accounts receivable department.
• Will specialize in clearing customer deduction, billing and collecting, large volumes of data input.
• Daily invoicing of customers, post customer payments, follow up on past due invoices with customers.
• Process customer deductions for programs and contract billbacks, settle freight claims, and daily AR reconciliation.
• Reconciling to clients billing record.

Education and/​or Experience:

• HS Diploma or GED, College credits in accounting/​finance.
• Prior experience working in an accounting environment are required.
• Bookkeeping experience a plus.

Other Skills and Abilities:

• 1 year + Bookkeeping experience.
• Discount and Allowance and Trade Spending knowledge preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Excel and V looks ups.
• Must be detail oriented and a self-starter.
• Excellent communication skills.
