Fund Finance Associate (2-5 Years) - Chambers-Ranked Practice

Our client, a prominent Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a Fund Finance Associate to join its highly regarded Finance practice in Chicago. This market-leading global team represents lenders in sophisticated fund finance transactions for private equity, real estate, and other investment funds. Over the past two years alone, the practice has advised lead agents and lenders on more than 500 subscription credit facilities and maintains relationships with every major U.S. lender, as well as many of the leading lenders throughout Europe and Asia. Highlights Named one of the most innovative law firms by the Financial Times Recognized among the leading firms in The American Lawyer's Midlevel Associates Survey Known for its diverse, collaborative, and supportive culture Responsibilities Represent lenders in negotiating and documenting subscription credit facilities for private equity, real estate, and other investment funds Handle a broad range of secured and unsecured lending transactions, including fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance, private credit, bridge loans, and other complex syndicated and bilateral financings Advise on sophisticated domestic and cross-border financing transactions Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience with fund finance, leveraged finance, or private credit transactions Experience representing lenders in sophisticated financing transactions Strong academic credentials Location Chicago, IL (Hybrid flexibility) Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 - $365,000.
