This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading debt finance practice that focuses primarily on representing private equity funds, restructuring financing, and other corporate borrowers. Requirements 3 to 6 years of experience with the structuring, documentation, and negotiation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including senior secured, mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions; acquisition financings; loan workouts and restructurings. Leveraged finance experience, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, is preferred. Top law firm and law school credentials.
