Position Overview

The Fulfillment & Warehouse Associate will support the day-to-day movement, organization, packing, and fulfillment of products within the Herbal Goodness warehouse.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being active, working with machines and equipment, and making sure products move efficiently through the warehouse.

The associate will support order fulfillment, inventory movement, receiving, packing, labeling, warehouse organization, and general operational tasks. The role will also assist with machine operations and forklift activities when trained and authorized.

The associate will also support social media content by helping capture product photos, videos, packaging content, warehouse activities, and behind-the-scenes content.

The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, comfortable working with equipment, and willing to jump in wherever support is needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer and business orders for shipment
• Move products, boxes, supplies, and materials throughout the warehouse
• Receive, unload, organize, and store incoming inventory
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments
• Support product labeling, packaging, and fulfillment activities
• Prepare products and materials for production and fulfillment
• Organize warehouse shelves, pallets, products, and supplies
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
• Operate warehouse machines and equipment as trained
• Operate a forklift when trained and authorized
• Assist with setting up, running, monitoring, and cleaning warehouse or production equipment
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company operating standards
• Help identify damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or fulfillment issues
• Support shipping and receiving activities
• Help create product photos, short videos, packaging content, and behind-the-scenes social media content
• Support other warehouse and operational activities as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or senior in high school graduating soon
• Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, production, machine operation, or forklift operation is preferred
• Strong interest in working with machines, equipment, and hands-on operations
• Willingness and ability to learn how to operate warehouse equipment safely
  
• Forklift experience or certification is preferred
  
• Comfortable lifting, carrying, moving, and organizing boxes and products throughout a shift
  
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
  
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
  
• Able to follow instructions and established procedures
  
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  
• Comfortable helping create simple social media content
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to support different warehouse tasks as needed
