$110,000–$130,000 base salary, plus bonus

About the role

As our Senior Executive Assistant, you'll be the executive operations partner who keeps our leadership team sharp, prepared, and moving. You'll report to the COO and support the Founder/CEO, Head of Product, CFO, CTO, and CMO as needed, managing complex scheduling while actively improving how the company prepares for meetings, tracks priorities, and communicates decisions. This goes well beyond traditional admin, much of how we run executive operations is yours to build and refine as we scale. You'll move fluidly between high-level operating systems and hands-on coordination, comfortable pushing for clarity, protecting confidential information, and making sure our leaders walk into every room ready.

What You'll Do

Executive Support & Operating Rhythms

  • Drive executive efficiency through complex calendar management, travel coordination, and comprehensive day-to-day support.
  • Manage executive operating rhythms, including leadership meetings, board preparation, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Create agenda lookaheads for meetings and operating cadences so teams know what to prepare and who owns each input.

Meeting & Decision Readiness

  • Prepare leaders for internal and external engagements by organizing agendas, KPI data, briefing materials, and slide decks.
  • Support C-suite reviews by gathering cross-functional inputs and making sure every material is accurate and polished.
  • Track action items and decisions so accountability and momentum carry across the organization.

Coordination & Events

  • Partner with our People & Operations Specialist to run leadership offsites and events, from logistics through to follow-up.
  • Keep coordination tight across the executive team so issues don't fall through the cracks.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement improvements to executive workflows, reporting cadences, and communication loops.
  • Keep a "no task too small" mentality, handling last-minute logistics and document cleanup while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years supporting founders or C-suite leaders in fast-paced environments.
  • A proven track record preparing leaders for senior-level meetings, KPI reviews, and strategic planning.
  • Experience building organizational operating rhythms, managing complex calendars, and handling confidential information with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive and direct, unafraid to ask clarifying questions or hold teams accountable for deliverables.
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive business and financial data.
  • Comfort using dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries to drive management reporting.
  • Strong communication skills for drafting agendas, memos, and executive correspondence.
  • Fluency in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern project management tools.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, able to refine operating rhythms and handle urgent logistics in the same day.
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience when working with strong personalities and high-stakes meetings.

  • Experience supporting a leadership team through a scaling or growth phase.
  • Board preparation and governance support experience.
  • Passion for building inclusive, sex-positive, community-centered experiences for the GBTQ+ community.
