Wendy's is hiring a Highly Skilled HVAC Technician! Pay is based on experience level Are you passionate about maintaining commercial heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems? As a Service Technician HVAC & Refrigeration, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing both commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your talents and grow with us! We have 47 locations throughout Collier, Hendry, Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota and Manatee counties. We are looking for multiple HVAC technicians to service these locations. Qualifications Previous experience in HVAC / RTU (minimum 2 years experience) Familiarity with freezers, walk in coolers/freezers, small refrigeration units. Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid Driver's License Professional appearance and attitude Must pass Criminal and Driving Background Check Responsibilities Maintain, service, and repair walk-in coolers and freezers, sandwich prep stations, Ice machines, reach in coolers and freezers, and RTUs Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency service and maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures On Call required Benefits Paid time off Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Disability insurance 401k Employee discount All first interviews will completed via telephone.
