Reporting to the Director, Organic Social & Influencer, you will work closely with the team to establish and refine Banana Republic’s social and influencer marketing and engagement strategies and will be responsible for day-to-day scheduling, posting and reporting on social media and influencer content, and support in the management of influencer partnerships, events and activations. As an internal resource on Social and Influencer Marketing, you will keep abreast of trends and opportunities that can grow the impact of Banana Republic’s social-first marketing approach, making suggestions to help further our brand reach and impact.What you'll doSupport in the development and publishing of content and messaging for Banana Republic’s social media and influencer campaigns, translating brand goals, objectives, and KPIs into social-first, brand-aligned content and messagingOwn scheduling and publishing of brand social content across multiple channelsOwn community engagement, setting the standard and engaging with our social communities in a timely, on-brand and engaging manner, liase with customer service and store teams to support and track customer service issues where neededAssist in the creation and briefing of social-first content (imagery, social-first video, creative concepts, event coverage, etc.)Work closely with marketing, PR, and external agencies to support the development of seasonal and one-off social and influencer campaignsSupport in the creation of influencer briefs, sending samples, product orders and tracking, and onboarding of influencers for all Banana Republic campaignsTrack, maintain and organize campaign metrics, creative and data for Banana Republic social and influencer partnershipsStay abreast of social media and influencer news, trends, and opportunities and help translate into brand right opportunities for Banana RepublicProficiency in Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Facebook, understanding of all social media platforms and expanding landscapeEnthusiasm for social media, influencers, fashion, storytelling and popular cultureExcellent communication and copy skillsEffective collaborator, communicator, and team-oriented professionalDemonstrated proficiency in aesthetic curation and creating cohesive visual and written narrativesFamiliarity with various photo and video editing applications for generating social media assetsExperience in producing social media content including photos and videosPositive, humble and team-oriented mindsetHighly organized, detail-oriented self-starter capable of excelling in a dynamic environmentWho you are2+ years experience, inclusive of social media and influencer marketing, brand creative, content creation, and messagingExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and drive consensus across multiple teams and functionsChange agent and motivator, with the ability to work cross-functionally and foster positive culture change at GapEntrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, think differently, and infuse strategic thinking into daily tasksSalary Range: $93,700.00 - $121,800.00Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location.
