Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly upon arrival, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and provide a positive first impression.
- Accurately document customer issues, translating their needs into clear, concise repair orders.
- Communicate repair recommendations and estimated costs to customers in an understandable manner, answering all questions with patience and expertise.
- Schedule automotive services efficiently, coordinating with the technician team to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain open and consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates on progress.
- Build trust and rapport with customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
- Process payments and manage customer accounts accurately.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience from start to finish.
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Proficiency in using automotive shop management software and diagnostic tools.
- A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to building lasting relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy shop environment.
- A valid Colorado driver's license.
