Account Manager

Responsibilities Execute a comprehensive engagement and communications strategy to an assigned book of business that maintains high customer satisfaction. Develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and map how Market Leader helps solve their problems. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Market Leader, specifically regarding lead generation and pipeline management for real estate agents. Handle and react to common objections from customers while maintaining composure. Proactively manage your schedule and pipeline to meet milestones and objectives. Serve as the voice of the customer by providing internal feedback on how to maximize customer value and resolve concerns with urgency. Work with team members to assist and resolve client requests or cancellation inquiries. Qualifications Experience delivering client‑focused solutions to customer needs. Exceptional leadership skills and a demonstrated desire to "own it". A quick and flexible learner with a motivated and positive work ethic. History of success in reaching goals. Ability to receive feedback and apply coaching. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A committed and flexible attitude toward the job. Ability to solve problems as they arise. Focused, reliable and proven ability to self‑manage in an autonomous work environment. Value personal growth and self‑development – demonstrate a growth mindset. Ability to support a temporary remote work from home situation. Compensation Hourly rate: $20 per hour (US only). Eligibility for participation in the company profit‑sharing bonus plan.
