Weekend Rotation:  EOW

Holiday Requirements: 75% of holidays required

  • 10 beds

• Labor
• Gestational DM
• Preeclampsia
• HTN

• RN: 1:1, 1:2 (AWHONN standards)
• Surgical tech on unit

• BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM (AWHONN)

• Care or mother and baby, delivery of baby

• Surgical Tech
• Charge nurse – may or may not be in staffing
• Phlebotomy – yes
• IV/VAT Team – not available
• Resource Nurse – N/A
• RT 24/7
• Intensivist 24/7 – yes, if needed
• Fetal monitoring on unit

• EMR: EPIC
• IV Pump: Baxter
• Med dispensing: Omnicell
• Fetal Heart Monitors: Client
• Unit specific equipment: Novii, Neptune, Bovie, Panda Warmers

• NEO
• 3 days departmental

• Scrub Color: Scrubs provided on unit (change in/out upon arrival and leaving)
