Position Summary Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time) – Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Location: Chalfont, PA. We create the opportunity—YOU make the impact. Our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non‑treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
