At TP-Link Systems Inc, we are committed to crafting dependable, high-performance products to connect users worldwide with the wonders of technology.Embracing professionalism, innovation, excellence, and simplicity, we aim to assist our clients in achieving remarkable global performance and enable consumers to enjoy a seamless, effortless lifestyle.We are seeking 2-3 Designers at this time.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivationsAnalyze user feedback and research findings to inform design decisionsCreate personas, user journeys, and scenarios to guide the design processTranslate user insights into actionable design requirementsDesign & PrototypingCreate wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital productsDevelop intuitive navigation systems and information architectureDesign responsive interfaces for web and mobile applicationsMaintain consistent visual language across all digital touchpointsUsability Testing & ValidationParticipate in planning and conducting usability testing sessions to validate design solutionsAnalyze test results and iterate designs based on user feedbackPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholdersEnsure designs meet accessibility standards and best practicesCollaboration & DocumentationWork closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholdersCommunicate design decisions and rationale effectivelyHelp maintain design documentation, style guides, and pattern librariesContribute to TP-Link's design system and component library
