It all started in the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia, where the partners set out on a mission to provide the most cost-effective and efficient capital to local investors. Our local following grew quickly and we soon realized our services were needed in more than just one city.
About the Role
We are looking for an eager Inside Sales AE to join their HQ in Philadelphia, PA. This person will need a growth mindset to actively reach out to real estate investors and developers in the area/across the country to gauge interest in their funding platforms. This position will carry with it a commission structure for each term sheet that is sent out to a prospective client. Personality is key for this position, we are looking for someone who wants to get their foot in the door with a growing Real Estate Finance firm, learn the industry, and grow.
Responsibilities
- Actively reach out to real estate investors and developers.
- Gauge interest in funding platforms.
- Send out term sheets to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
Required Skills
Sales, Insurance, Finance, Real Estate or any commission-based selling experience.
