Project Manager - Advertising & Media

Project Manager - Advertising & Media Are you a project manager who thrives in the fast-moving world of advertising, media, entertainment, and creative production ? Ad Sales Creative Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to help coordinate custom advertising solutions across some of the most recognizable content and platforms. You'll work closely with strategy, creative, production, development, commerce, and external partners to turn ideas into fully executed campaigns. The Role You'll serve as a key project management partner throughout the creative process - bringing structure to complex projects, keeping teams aligned, and making sure deadlines and deliverables stay on track. Responsibilities Manage multiple advertising and creative projects simultaneously. Coordinate projects from initial intake through creative delivery. Develop and maintain project timelines, schedules, and trackers. Partner with creative, production, development, commerce, and other stakeholders. Coordinate creative asset intake, distribution, and delivery. Monitor project scope, priorities, resources, and deadlines. Identify risks and potential issues before they become roadblocks. Communicate project status, changes, and next steps across teams. Improve workflows and processes to create greater consistency and efficiency. Maintain accurate project documentation within project management systems. Take ownership of follow-up and ensure critical details don't fall through the cracks. Ideal Background 5+ years of project management experience. Background in advertising, media, entertainment, marketing, creative, or production strongly preferred. Experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders under tight deadlines. Familiarity with creative asset management and post-production processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong strategic and conceptual thinking. Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
