Hiring Immediately: Accounting Clerk in Brighton, CO Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in Brighton, Colorado. This individual will be responsible for supporting the accounting department in daily tasks. The ideal candidate will possess good organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $20/hour Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision Full time schedule Located in Brighton, Colorado Duties and Responsibilities Provide Accounting Analyst with Daily Volume for DC Obtain daily fill rate and cycle count information Oversee that the purchase order procedure is followed by the DC Complete the 3-way matching verification for payment process of invoices Facilitate the standardization of all DC’s operational reports to be in line with WCD, Inc Administrative Office directives. Consults with: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Supervisor, Operations, Administrative Manager and All levels of DC Management Assist with updating vendor files. Contact vendors to obtain proper documentation. Assist with Lumping Process Requirements and Qualifications Good organizational skills Knowledge of DC operations Excellent customer service skills Strong sense of teamwork Ability to adhere to strict deadlines Must be able to effectively communicate in English (read, speak and write) as this position will require communication to vendors and WCD team.
