Performs preventative maintenance and repair services to vehicles. May concentrate on specific areas of the company's fleet such as haul trucks and trailers, or various cranes. Diagnoses vehicle problems, estimates and prices out repairs, and orders parts as necessary. Maintains a safe work area and may train apprentices in the trade.
