Entry Level- Part Time Office Services Associate

Overview IST Management is seeking an Entry Level - Part Time (On Call) Office Services Clerk to join our Boca Raton team! The entry-level office services clerk will assist with mail and package services, event and meeting room preparation and support, kitchen and pantry maintenance, and maintenance of customer convenience/copier areas. The position covers IST sites in Boca Raton and surrounding area. Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, are a team player, and are willing to train. Hourly Compensation: $16.00-16.00 USD Schedule: On call, covering 8:00AM-5:00PM. Flexibility required. Good opportunity for extra income. Responsibilities Enter paperwork into an electronic system by data entry or using multifunction devices (copiers/scanners) Process, sort and distribute incoming mail to employees in a corporate setting Deliver mail and packages from one department or individual to another within the office; handle all outgoing packages, ensuring proper labeling, and arrange pickup from the post office, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Comfortably move/carry file boxes between 20-50 lbs Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information Assist with hospitality events on site (setting up tables, chairs, refilling beverages, etc.) Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required 2-3 years of related experience providing top-tier customer service or office support services Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and keyboarding; PC skills in Windows environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional appearance and demeanor Ability to meet employer’s attendance policy and access reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 50 lbs IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable law during the application and employment stages.
