Prime Financial is expanding our Dallas team and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in life insurance sales. Previous insurance experience is not required.

What You’ll Do

As a Life Insurance Producer, you’ll work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs and help them find appropriate life insurance coverage, including Final Expense, Whole Life, and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) products.

You’ll receive training on our sales process, products, client conversations, and how to build your business as a producer.

Not Licensed? We’ll Help You Get Licensed

You do not need to already have a life insurance license to apply.

For qualified candidates, Prime Financial will:

• Pay for your pre-licensing training
• Guide you through the licensing process
• Help prepare you for the Texas Life Insurance licensing exam
• Provide training and mentorship once licensed

Our goal is to take motivated individuals with little or no insurance experience and give them the training and resources needed to become licensed producers.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, not a traditional hourly or salaried W-2 role.

Your income is primarily commission-based and tied to your individual sales production. There is no set salary or guaranteed monthly income.

Average producers can earn $10,000–$20,000+ per month based on production. Individual results will vary.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Motivated and goal-oriented
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Comfortable speaking with clients
• Interested in sales and financial services
• Able to work independently in a 1099 environment
• Willing to obtain a Texas Life Insurance License if not currently licensed

Sales or insurance experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Location

This is an in-person position based in Dallas, Texas. Candidates should be able to regularly work from our Downtown Dallas office.
