At Medtronic Peripheral Vascular youll support cutting-edge therapies that help treat peripheral arterial and venous disease carotid disease and arteriovenous access conditions. Working alongside physicians and healthcare teams youll provide clinical expertise support complex procedures and help expand access to innovative therapies that improve patient lives every day.

To grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promotingsellingand servicing Vascular business by aggressively developing new accounts and driving therapy adoption of DCB Atherectomyand the full PV product portfolio across the continuum of care for good ethical territory management in terms of organization planningadministrationand expense planning and medical staff on products and achieve assignedperformanceobjectivesand business goals.

This Philadelphia-based role requires candidates toresidewithin the assigned territory and travel regularly between customer Sales Representativesare required towork standard business hours and may often requireadditionaleveningsweekendsand travel to support business needs. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive territory growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans that achieve or exceed revenue market share and account developmentobjectives.

• Identifyand capitalize on opportunities across existing and prospective accountsleveragingthe full product portfolio to expand customer partnerships increase account penetration and maximize business performance.

• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians administrators and key healthcare stakeholders through consultative selling strategic presentations and clinical discussions that drive therapy adoption and business growth.

• Influence and close business opportunities through value-based selling contract optimization effective objection handling and cross-functional partnerships that deliver customer and business outcomes.

• Expand and accelerate market growth by generating leads uncovering new business opportunitiesrepresentingMedtronic at industry conferences and customer events and implementing strategies that differentiate Medtronic solutions from competitors.

• Partner with physicians and care teams to plan procedures manage case expectations provide clinical support and deliver exceptional customer experiences thatoptimizepatient outcomes.

• Manage territory operations with a focus on account coverage market intelligence expense stewardship and adherence to financial regulatory quality and compliance standards.

• Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to share market insights support businessobjectives andmaintainexpertisein products reimbursement clinical applications and industry trends.

• Perform job duties that require extended periods of sitting standing and walking throughout the workdayup to 8 hours a day.

• Operate safely in clinical environments that may require the use of personal protective equipment and exposure to infectious diseases or radiation.

RequiredQualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years OR Associates Degreeand 4 years OR Bachelors Degree and 2 years of relevant experience in sales clinical or related roles within medical devices medtech healthcare or life sciences

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years experience in B2B orMedical Sales

• Degree in biological science or business preferred

• Knowledge & experience in operating room hospital & physician office protocol/conduct

• Ability to teach & educate medical personnel peers & technical support personnel

• Top 10% past performance; Presidents club winner.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):65000

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
