The Fresh Mozz Clerk will assist the management team with duties assigned.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Manage timesheets for all plant employees via Kronos software.
• Organize and track plant and maintenance projects.
• Reconcile production volumes and resolve discrepancies with appropriate departments.
• Accurately entering data into software systems.
• Record efficiency and other plant production data as assigned.
• Manage inventory of office supplies including physical counting and stocking of shelves.
• Organize and submit purchase requests.
• Update and maintain communication boards.
• Read, interpret and comprehend documents, instructions and manuals as required.
• Checking for accuracy in reports, figures and postings.
• Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records.
• Assist in collecting and shipping customer samples.
• General office tasks.

Requirements:

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• 1-2 years secretarial experience.
• Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment.

Specialized Knowledge

• A strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office required.
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Good communication skills.

Skills / Abilities

• Computer software: Microsoft Office, Kronos (time management system), Heritage.

Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or fell and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Employee frequently uses computer, printer, fax and calculator.
