Paid Media Operations Manager

The Paid Media Operations Manager role sits within Supply Marketing and supports partner growth through efficient, insight-led paid media. This role focuses on measurement operations and technical enablement, helping ensure data flows, reporting structures, and tracking foundations support better decisions across paid media.

In this role, you will:

• Own landing page tagging, tracking pixels, campaign parameters, event tracking, and measurement readiness across paid media campaigns

• Establish tracking governance across platforms and landing experiences, including taxonomy standards, quality assurance processes, documentation, and pre-launch checks

• Support and troubleshoot application programming interface connections and data flows between media platforms, analytics tools, reporting environments, and internal systems

• Partner with Analytics to define reporting requirements, validate data quality, improve dashboards, and make performance reporting more useful for campaign analysis and decision-making

• Work with media strategists, channel activation owners, digital operations, and agency partners to resolve measurement issues, improve workflows, and reduce operational friction

• Provide bounded backup support for campaign trafficking or low-risk execution tasks during peak periods while maintaining primary accountability for measurement operations and enablement

Experience and qualifications:

• You have 3-5 years of experience in paid media operations, advertising operations, performance marketing infrastructure, campaign trafficking, or a closely related digital marketing discipline

• You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, data, communications, or related technical field; or Equivalent related professional experience

• You have strong working knowledge of landing page tagging, tracking pixels, URL structure, taxonomy management, event setup, and campaign measurement across paid social, display, programmatic, or search channels

• You have experience with measurement governance, quality assurance, dashboards, business intelligence tools, and reporting workflows, including Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms

• You are familiar with data flows, platform integrations, tag management systems, conversion application programming interfaces, server-side tracking, or cross-platform attribution, and you can use tools such as Structured Query Language, Python, or Querybook to validate or troubleshoot performance data

• You communicate clearly, document workflows and launch requirements, pay close attention to data quality, and collaborate effectively with channel managers, strategists, analysts, creative partners, digital operations partners, and external agencies

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $104,000.00 to $145,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
