Our client is looking for a Securities Litigation Coordinator for their San Diego office to work in a hybrid role. For consideration, please send resume in confidence.
Hybrid role supporting client intake, investor outreach, and press distribution for a securities litigation firm.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in investor relations, intake, legal marketing, or PR
- Bachelor’s degree
- Paralegal certificate a +
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred: securities/class action experience, press platforms, SEO knowledge
Responsibilities:
- Handle client intake, screen investor leads, and track in CRM
- Proficient in MS Office
- Coordinate and distribute press releases for new cases
- Monitor visibility across investor platforms (e.g., Reddit, Yahoo Finance)
- Support website updates and basic SEO
- Maintain accurate data, generate reports, and improve processes
