Patient Recruitment Coordinator
Green Life Science
A growing clinical research organization is seeking a Patient Recruitment Coordinator to support Phase I–IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas including neuroscience, pain, sleep, and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient phone screenings and determine study eligibility
• Schedule and coordinate screening appointments
• Maintain and update patient databases/CTMS systems
• Support recruitment campaigns and community outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with research teams to meet enrollment goals
Qualifications:
• Bilingual Spanish required
• 2+ years in patient recruitment, healthcare, sales, or clinical research preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology and CTMS systems is a plus
Ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping advance clinical research.
