Industrial Door & Operator Troubleshooting Specialist

Your Mission

In Bartow, FL, commercial facilities count on reliable access. As our Industrial Door & Operator Troubleshooting Specialist, your mission is to install, diagnose, and repair overhead door systems so businesses can operate without interruption. You’ll combine mechanical skill with clear communication and a commitment to safety.

Impact You’ll Make

Perform precise installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on overhead doors and operators for commercial customers.
Pinpoint issues quickly and troubleshoot a variety of door configurations and controls.
Engage customers with professional, solution-focused communication and attentive service.
Execute every job in compliance with safety requirements and company policies.
Document service calls, repair steps, and installation details thoroughly and accurately.
Partner with teammates to refine workflows and elevate service delivery.
Continuously learn—track industry trends and advances in overhead door technology.

What Sets You Up for Success

High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or training is a plus.
Demonstrated experience as an overhead door technician or similar mechanical service role.
Strong mechanical aptitude paired with methodical troubleshooting skills.
Self-directed in the field, collaborative within a team setting.
Excellent communication and a customer-first approach.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and on-call shifts when required.
