The Section Manager will report to the Operations Execution (XOPs) Engineering Department Manager and will closely collaborate with Operations in support of cable and harness manufacturing. The position will be located in Andover, MA.What You Will LearnProviding engineering support for the development and sustainment of production processes, generation and maintenance of Manufacturing Data Packages, tooling development, capital equipment, project execution, and innovation.Planning and scheduling of strategic projects, driving producibility into product designs, and managing tactical support to the manufacturing production floor. Leading the engineering support team in root cause and corrective action analysis, driving continuous improvement projects, and interfacing with the product value streams. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience.2+ Years of Manufacturing leadership experience.The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
